Oceanic Consulting has revealed the winners of the 4th Scottish Asian Food Awards 2023.
These awards aim to be a symbol of recognition for the exceptional talents and innovative creations that have shaped the Asian food scene in the country.
The winners represent a diverse array of flavours and culinary techniques that have become an integral part of the Asian gastronomic landscape. They have consistently pushed the boundaries of taste, creativity, and cultural authenticity, setting new benchmarks for excellence in the culinary world.
The ceremony was a gala event hosted at Glasgow’s Marriott Hotel on the 8th of January which saw the industry’s most prominent figures and food enthusiasts coming together to celebrate the diversity of Asian food culture.
The event will honour the cultural heritage, authentic flavours, and culinary artistry that have brought joy and delight to countless diners.
